2023 WAMMIE award nominees. With award-winning members, King Street Bluegrass has blues, folk, and country influences.

Although based near DC, the members have rural, farm and coal miner family roots, from the mountains of West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southern Virginia.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Brentsville's Bluegrass Festival is on Saturday, September 30th from 10am-4pm.

For 200 years, the Brentsville Public Lot has been a place of entertainment and festivities and we are continuing that tradition into today! Bring your chairs, kick up your heels, and enjoy some Bluegrass, antique vehicles, and food trucks at Brentsville during our Brentsville Bluegrass Festival! Enjoy three bands throughout the day, explore the historic site and enjoy hands-on activities for the kids. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

Schedule: Big Howdy: 10am-12pm King Street Bluegrass: 12pm - 2pm Skystone Bluegrass Band: 2pm - 4pm Food Trucks: Dave's Dogs Catfish On Wheels LLC

Historic Cherry Hill park once angain presents their annual Farm Day event! Enjoy a day of old fashioned fun and activities for the whole family, including a petting farm, pony rides, pumpkin painting, scare crow making (bring your own long pants and a sleeved shirt), live music, tours of the Cherry Hill Farmhouse and barn, blacksmith demonstrations, and more. Tickets can be purchased the day of the event at two cash-only booths in Cherry Hill Park, or by credit card at the Community Center.
